Upon receipt of any request for service, Xebec International Logistics will require a 
non-disclosure agreement to be obtained by the requesting party and/or parties to protect the
mutual business relationship.

The company values the protection of its clients especially when each party may acquire valuable trade secrets and/or confidential and proprietary information.

Service agreements are customized and reviewed by our Legal Department with the understanding that each party fully understands the terms and conditions of the service Agreement and potential scope of work.
